Merchandise returns are EASY!! Marburn Curtains® accepts merchandise returns within 30 days of receipt of purchase unless otherwise noted. All product must be returned in unused condition in original packaging with copy of receipt. Refunds and Credits
We will refund or credit the value of the merchandise and any taxes you were charged. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON_REFUNDABLE. To receive a refund, a copy of your original receipt/packing invoice with reason for return must accompany your return.
Returns to Our Processing Center
If you wish to return an item we accept returns through USPS or UPS. Pack your return securely and use your choice of carrier. We will process your return promptly upon receipt. We gladly accept returns or exchanges at any of our store locations within the NY/NJ/PA Tri-State area. Please remember to bring the original receipt and the credit card used for purchase. Without the original receipt and your credit card, you may receive an exchange or merchandise credit. Purchases using a Gift Card will be refunded as a merchandise credit. For exchanges of erroneously shipped orders, damaged or defective merchandise, we will credit you for the returned item upon receipt and send your replacement with no additional shipping charges.
